I've been getting other people into 40k recently. A couple friends down in Guatemala will be starting soon. A couple more here in the States just started. I challenge you to introduce one person/friend to 40k this week. Try to play a few games consistently (every week or two) with him and find out what army he would want to be. Encourage his wanting of this new army and after a few games get him started. By a codex or a small unit for him. Then he'll really get into it.
